1. Can I suggest a pattern?
Yes, you may. Kindly suggest anonymously on my suggestion form.
2. Do you have special promos or coupons?
For coupons, please DM me. My shop sometimes has free shipping promos that I will announce on my twitter.
3. Do you only sell t-shirts?
No, my shop website is a bit confusing at first, but please toggle with the dropdown menus to see other merch available. Other merch include: mugs, notebooks, stickers, bags, blankets, pillows, etc.
4. Are all designs available for all types of items?
Some items such as prints and magnets are only available for certain designs. (Magnets are mostly available for food-themed designs). You may DM me for special requests if you find a design you want isn't available as a certain item.
5. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, kindly DM me on twitter if you want your order canceled. Make sure to provide your Order Number on the DM. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are printed.
6. I already ordered, but the tracking number can't be found, what can I do?
Please e-mail [email protected] with the Subject: Lost Order. Don't forget to provide your Order Number, and (if available) your tracking number link. DM me on twitter too so I can contact the threadless team as well.
7. My Order came but it is broken / the print is bad, can I have it replaced?
Yes, please e-mail [email protected] and provide your Order Number and pictures of the defective item. Please DM me and send me photo proof as well so I can help you have it replaced.
